Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
• small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
• 9-inch baked pie shell, cooled - 1 item

How to make paradise pie:

In a large bowl, blend cream cheese by hand. With a spoon, blend with remaining ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
