Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder
- half and half* - 2 c
- 1/4 stick butter, melted this goes in last* - 1 item
How to make pancakes:
This is best if left in the refrigerator overnight so that it gains some volume. It is very thin if used as soon as made, but it is still delicious.*Buttermilk and margarine can be substituted for the half and half and butter. If you substitute buttermilk, you need to also use soda.
