Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- to 7 potatoes, mashed with soy or nut milk - 5 item
- to 4 freshly chopped sprigs parsley - 3 item
How to make pancakes:
After mashing potatoes, add other ingredients. Form into patties. Place on well sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 to 40 minutes, turning once. Pancakes should form a brown crust.
