  • granulated sugar - 3/8 c
  • brown sugar - 3/8 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped apples - 2/3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make ozark apple pudding:

Beat sugars and egg together. Mix flour, baking powder and nutmeg together. Add to sugar and egg mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in a greased 8-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 4.
