  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 5 Tbsp
  • butter - 5 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • bunch green onions, minced - 1 item
  • chicken stock broth
  • cream, scalded - 3 c
  • oysters, drained and minced
  • salt, cayenne, Tabasco sauce, nutmeg, Anisette to taste optional - 1 item

How to make oysters rockefeller soup:

In a saucepan, melt butter and add the flour, onions and garlic. Cook until clear. Add the chicken stock and cream. Stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and cool a bit.

In a separate pot, cook the spinach per package directions; drain. Put the oysters and spinach in a blender or food processor and blend well. Add to the soup mixture. Heat soup prior to serving. Season per your taste.
