Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- oysters with juice - 1 pt
How to make oyster fritters:
Mix all ingredients except flour, then add a little flour at a time until consistency to drop by teaspoonfuls into deep grease over medium flame. Dry until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
