Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- half and half
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oysters, chopped with juice - 3 c
How to make oyster fritters:
Combine all ingredients. Fry in deep frying pan, adding oil as needed. Each fritter should be the size of a pancake. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
