Ingredients/Components
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- ground meat - 2 lb
- cooked rice - 1 c
- large onion - 1 item
- large onions - 3 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- small bell pepper - 1 item
- oysters - 2 pt
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
- bunches green onions - 2 item
- roux - 3 Tbsp
- parsley flakes pinch - 1 item
How to make oyster dressing:
To Serve 8 to 10:5 lb. ground meat3 large onions1 large bell pepper2 bunches green onions2 tsp. parsley flakes2 c. cooked rice1/2 gal. oysters4 to 5 Tbsp. roux seasoning to taste Brown meat. Add onions, etc., and simmer until onions are soft. Add rice and mix well. Add roux and let simmer on low for 25 minutes.
