- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- butter or regular margarine - 2 Tbsp
- cans condensed oyster stew - 2 item
- 1/2 soup cans milk - 1 item
- can white potatoes, drained and cubed - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- pimiento, chopped optional - 1 item
How to make oyster chowder:
You can keep ingredients on hand to make this chowder on short notice.Cook onion in butter until tender. Add all ingredients and heat. Makes 5 cups.
