- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 3 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 2 3/4
- box macaroni - 1 oz
- butter or margarine, melted and divided - 1/2 c
- Velveeta, cubed - 1/2 lb
- chopped, cooked chicken or turkey - 4 c
How to make overnight scalloped chicken casserole:
In a large bowl combine soup, milk and cheese. Add chicken or turkey, macaroni and eggs. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
