  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk
  • chicken broth - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3/4 lb
  • can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
  • slices cubed bread - 8 item
  • bulk pork sausage or Italian sausage

How to make overnight egg casserole:

Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese; set aside. In skillet, brown sausage. Drain fat. Crumble sausage over cheese and bread. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, soup and broth; pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
