- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3/4 lb
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- slices cubed bread - 8 item
- bulk pork sausage or Italian sausage
How to make overnight egg casserole:
Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese; set aside. In skillet, brown sausage. Drain fat. Crumble sausage over cheese and bread. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, soup and broth; pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make.
