Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix - 1 item
- assorted fresh vegetables sliced zucchini, yellow squash, red or green bell peppers, carrots, celery and mushrooms
How to make oven-roasted vegetables:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients; close bag and shake. Or toss in bowl until vegetables are evenly coated.Empty vegetables into 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with roasted chicken and a tossed green salad.
