Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil, divided - 2 tsp
- , scrubbed - 4 large
- salt - 1 tsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make oven-roasted sweet potato fries:
Preheat oven to 450°. Line cookie sheet with foil; brush with 1 teaspoon oil. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick wedges. Transfer to large bowl. Add remaining teaspoon oil, salt and pepper; toss. Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
