- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Peel potatoes; cut into large pieces. Place in a 2-quart baking pan. Pour butter over potatoes; toss until they are well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
