Oven roasted potatoes



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make oven roasted potatoes:

Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks; place in a shallow 2-quart baking pan. Pour butter over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 4 servings.
