Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- washed and scrubbed new or all-purpose potatoes, quartered - 2 lb
How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag. Toss until coated. Spread on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often, until done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
