Oven porcupines
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked regular rice - 1/2 c
How to make oven porcupines:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over the meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
