Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion - 1/3 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked regular rice - 1/2 c
How to make oven porcupines:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish. Stir together the rest of the ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes, covered, and for 15 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
