Ingredients/Components
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- rice, uncooked - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
How to make oven porcupines:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix first 8 ingredients. Shape into balls and place in 8 x 8 pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
