Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • sugar granulated - 2 Tbsp

How to make oven pancake:

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt margarine in a pan slowly. In blender put the remaining ingredients. Mix in blender a few minutes. Pour in pie plate and bake 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with syrup, jam or lemon curd and confectioners sugar.
