Ingredients/Components
- eggs
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- large green pepper, diced - 1 item
- large can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish
- American cheese, in small pieces
How to make oven omelet:
Heat oven to 325°. Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter. In a large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 325° until eggs are set, about 35 minutes.Western Omelet:1 c. diced ham1 medium onion, diced1 large green pepper, diced Mushroom Cheese Omelet:1/4 lb.
