Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 8 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dried minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • frozen shredded hash brown potatoes - 2 c
  • diced, fully cooked ham - 1 c

How to make oven omelet:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
