Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dried minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- frozen shredded hash brown potatoes - 2 c
- diced, fully cooked ham - 1 c
How to make oven omelet:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
