Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 6 item
- tsp salt - 1 item
- tsp pepper - 1/2 item
- c oil - 1/4 item
- tsp garlic powder - 1/2 item
- tsp paprika - 1 item
- tsp parmesan cheese - 2 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Scrub potatoes well and cut into quarters or strips. Combine oil, cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in plastic bag. Add potatoes a few at a time. Shake to coat. Spread on cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
