Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg or 2 egg whites - 1 item
- paprika, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh fish
- unseasoned bread crumbs - 7 Tbsp
How to make oven fried fish:
Fork blend egg and oil together. Dip fish first into the egg mixture, then lightly in crumbs. Spray nonstick cooking spray onto baking dish. Arrange fish in single layer. Salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Bake in preheated oven at 475° for 10 minutes, without turning.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
