- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- chicken breast - 2 3
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing - 2 c
How to make oven fried chicken:
Preheat oven to 425°. Put margarine in shallow baking pan.Meanwhile, combine crushed stuffing and salt in plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg that has been beaten with water. Then shake in bag and place in pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Turn and continue baking for 15 minutes.
