Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- white corn syrup - 1/2 c
- burnt sugar flavoring - 1 tsp
- batches popped corn - 2 item
How to make oven caramel corn:
Sort out unpopped kernels. Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in flavoring and soda. Pour over popcorn. Put in 2 large pans and place in a 250° oven for 1 hour.
