Oven beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- beef round steak, cut into 1 inch strips or use cubes - 2 lb
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- instant bouillon - 1 bouillon
- sour cream - 1 c
How to make oven beef stroganoff:
Place meat, onion and mushrooms in appropriate size baking dish. In separate bowl, stir together soup, Worcestershire, pepper and bouillon and pour over the meat. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Remove from oven, stir in sour cream. Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
