Ingredients/Components
- cubed stew meat - 2 lb
- potatoes - 4 item
- carrots if using baby carrots, just cut in half - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Minute tapioca sprinkle on top - 2 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make oven beef stew:
Layer all ingredients in Dutch oven according to list. Cover with foil. Bake 4 hours at 250°. When taken from oven, it's ready.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
