Ingredients/Components

  • cubed stew meat - 2 lb
  • potatoes - 4 item
  • carrots if using baby carrots, just cut in half - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Minute tapioca sprinkle on top - 2 Tbsp
  • tomato juice - 2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make oven beef stew:

Layer all ingredients in Dutch oven according to list. Cover with foil. Bake 4 hours at 250°. When taken from oven, it's ready.
