  • salt
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c

How to make oven barbecued chicken:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Place over heat and simmer 15 minutes. Place chicken in large baking pan. Pour 1/2 of sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for about 45 to 60 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes during cooking.
