Oven-baked drumsticks



  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • salt optional - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken drumsticks - 6 item

How to make oven-baked drumsticks:

Heat oven to 425°. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a bowl. Dip drumsticks into butter or margarine; roll in flour mixture to coat. Arrange in ungreased square pan. Bake, uncovered, for about 50 minutes, until done. Yields 6 servings.
