Ingredients/Components
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- can Chinese vegetables - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- medium carrots, grated - 3 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- head cauliflower, put in bite-size - 1 item
- Cover with the following dressing
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
How to make oriental salad:
Toss together in large bowl. Cover with the following dressing.Dressing:1 1/2 c. sugar1 c. vegetable oil1 c. vinegar1 tsp. pepper Bring to a boil. Cool this thoroughly before pouring over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate several hours before serving.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Side dish.
