  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • oil
  • vinegar - 1/3 c
  • slivered almonds - 3/4 c
  • sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
  • bag broccoli slaw - 1 lb
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • beef ramen noodle soup mix - 2 pkgs
  • flavor mix from soup - 2 pkg

How to make oriental salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil1/3 c. vinegar2 pkg. flavor mix from soup1/3 c. sugar Twenty-four hours before serving, make dressing. Heat oil, vinegar, soup mix and sugar to dissolve. Cool, refrigerate. The day of serving, break noodles into pieces, add broccoli slaw, chopped onions, almonds and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over. Noodles will be crunchy at first.
