Oriental pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- linguine, broken - 8 oz
- green onions, sliced - 4 item
- carrots, thinly sliced - 2 item
- cherry tomatoes, halved - 12 item
- fresh broccoli, sliced - 1 lb
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- soy sauce or teriyaki - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 1/8 c
- hot sauce - 1/4 tsp
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
How to make oriental pasta salad:
Cook linguine according to package. Drain and rinse in cold water; drain. Add vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly. Shake vigorously. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately. Yields 8 servings. Easily doubled.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
