Oreo cookie cake

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 1 (8
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• cold milk - 3 c
• powdered sugar, sifted - 1 c
• cartons Cool Whip - 2 oz
• boxes instant chocolate pudding - 2 oz
• bag Oreo cookies, crushed reserve 1/2 c

How to make oreo cookie cake:

1st Layer: Melt margarine and pour over crushed Oreo cookies (reserve 1/2 cup cookies crushed). Lightly pat mixture into bottom of oblong pan and refrigerate until firm.

2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 carton of Cool Whip until well blended. Spread on top of 1st Layer.

3rd Layer: Mix pudding and milk until blended. Should be thick. Spread on top of 2nd Layer.

4th Layer: Frost with other carton of Cool Whip and top with reserved cookie crumbs. Chill until ready to serve.
