Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- white sugar - 1/3 c
- orange rind, grated - 2 tsp
- orange juice - 1 c
- sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6 item
How to make orange sweet potatoes:
Cook potatoes in salted water. Place potatoes in baking dish that has been greased with butter or margarine. Mix remaining ingredients and cook until it begins to thicken; pour over potatoes. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Fruit, Side dish, Vegetables.
