- sugar
- pecan halves - 3 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- grated orange rind - 1 tsp
How to make orange sugared pecans:
Boil sugar and orange juice together until soft ball stage (238°). Remove from heat; add grated orange rind and pecan halves. Beat until creamy. Pour out and separate into pecan halves.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
