Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- orange sherbet, softened - 1 pt
How to make orange salad:
Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving juices. Add water to juices to measure 2 cups. Place in saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over gelatin in large bowl. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in sherbet until smooth. Chill until partially set (watch carefully). Fold in oranges, pineapple and bananas. Pour into 6-cup mold. Chill until firm.
