- slice onion - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces - 6 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
How to make orange roughy with vegetables:
Thaw fish, if frozen. In a large skillet, combine the water, onion slice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and add fish fillets and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until fillets flake when tested.
