Ingredients/Components

  • sliced almonds - 1/4 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • lemon - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • Mrs - 1 Tbsp
  • to 4 fillets orange roughy - 2 item

How to make orange roughy:

Center tin foil 2 times size of pan. Lay half the butter on foil. Arrange fillets in a single layer on top of butter and place remaining butter on top of fillets. Add Mrs. Dash, juice of half a lemon, bread crumbs and almonds. Close foil to the top and fold over. Bake 25 minutes at 375° or until fish is tender and flaky. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes with foil open and brown bread crumbs slightly.
