Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- orange marmalade - 1 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- 1/2 c flour - 2 item
- tbsp crisco - 2 item
- Cut out biscuit size pieces
- c cream cheese - 2 item
- tbsp grated orange zest - 2 item
How to make orange rolls:
Mix flour and crisco together and form dough. Cut out biscuit size pieces. Roll out flat and spread butter over surface. Spread marmalade and sprinkle with brown sugar. Roll up length wise and cut into 3 pieces. Do this to all biscuits and then place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 400° until done (about 20 minutes). When done, pour topping over warm rolls and serve.Topping:2 1/2 c powdered sugar1/4 butter2 c cream cheese1 tsp vanilla dash of salt2 tbsp grated orange zest Mix all together and pour over warm rolls.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Healthy.
