Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- grated orange rind - 2 tsp
- uncooked regular rice - 1 c
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
How to make orange rice:
Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot. Add rice, celery and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
