- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cans Mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
How to make orange mandarin cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar4 Tbsp. milk4 Tbsp. butter Mix cake ingredients together by hand. Beat with mixer 3 minutes. Pour into a well-greased and floured pan, 9 x 13-inches. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Bring topping ingredients to a boil. Pour over warm cake. Top with Cool Whip after cake cools.
