Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- softened margarine - 1 Tbsp
- orange cake mix - 1 item
- Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
- orange juice or water - 6 Tbsp
- orange flavoring optional - 1 tsp
How to make orange loaf:
Mix all ingredients until smooth, about 3 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Punch holes in cake with wooden spoon handle.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. softened margarine6 Tbsp. orange juice or water1 tsp. orange flavoring (optional) Mix well and drizzle over cake.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
