Ingredients/Components
- medium carrots - 5 item
- boiling water - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 1/2
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 tsp
How to make orange glazed carrots:
Cook carrots in salted water 15 minutes. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, orange juice and butter and pour over carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Side dish, Vegetables.
