  • milk - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 2 c
  • orange Jell-O
  • small can frozen orange juice - 1 item
  • cans mandarin oranges - 2 item
  • instant lemon pudding - 1 pkg

How to make orange fluff:

Mix Jell-O with hot water. Stir in orange juice and cool. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour into a 13 x 13-inch dish and congeal. Beat pudding with milk until slightly firm. Fold whipping cream into pudding mix. Spread over congealed orange salad. Yields 12 to 15 servings.

Note: Cool Whip can be used instead of whipped cream. Drain oranges. Do not dilute orange juice or drain crushed pineapple.
