  • milk - 1 c
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • hot water - 1 c
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • orange jello - 2 pkg
  • small can frozen orange juice - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 item
  • jello vanilla instant pudding

How to make orange cream salad:

Topping:1 pkg. jello vanilla instant pudding1 c. milk1/2 pt. whipping cream Combine jello with hot water. Dissolve. Add frozen orange juice; stir to melt juice. Add fruit; stir and let set.

Topping: Mix pudding with 1 cup milk; beat for 1 or 2 minutes. Whip the cream and blend in with pudding mixture. Spread on top of jello salad.
