Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- grated orange rind
- fresh orange juice - 1/4 c

How to make orange coffee cake:
Crumb Topping:1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 1/2 tsp. orange rind1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. margarine Preheat oven to 400°. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Mix together the sugar and margarine for cake until smooth. Grate orange for rind, then squeeze for fresh juice. In bowl, mix together egg, milk and orange juice, then mix into butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients and 1 1/2 teaspoons orange rind. Pour into pan. Sprinkle on crumb topping. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.Crumb Topping: In bowl, combine and stir together dry ingredients and orange rind. Cut butter into dry mixture until it forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over cake mixture.
