- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- coconut - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- orange juice
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- orange jello
How to make orange cake:
Mix together cake mix and jello. Then mix with eggs, oil and water. Fold in coconut. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350° until done.Heat orange juice and sugar until hot, but not boiling. While cake is still hot, pour orange juice mixture evenly over cake. Punch holes in cake with toothpicks so juice can soak in.
