Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- frozen orange juice - 6 oz
- box vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make orange balls:
Cream butter and powdered sugar, reserving 3/4 cup of sugar. Crush the vanilla wafers. Thaw orange juice, but do not dilute. Add all other ingredients to creamed butter mixture. Shape into balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Roll in powdered sugar. May also be dipped in chocolate or rolled in finely chopped nuts or coconut. Makes about 80 (1-inch) balls.
