Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • frozen orange juice - 6 oz
  • box vanilla wafers - 1 item

How to make orange balls:

Cream butter and powdered sugar, reserving 3/4 cup of sugar. Crush the vanilla wafers. Thaw orange juice, but do not dilute. Add all other ingredients to creamed butter mixture. Shape into balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Roll in powdered sugar. May also be dipped in chocolate or rolled in finely chopped nuts or coconut. Makes about 80 (1-inch) balls.
