Ingredients/Components
- Thousand Island dressing - 3/4 c
- sliced Swiss cheese - 1/3 lb
- lb - 3/4 c
- slices party rye bread - 36 item
- well drained, chopped sauerkraut
How to make open-faced mini reubens:
Spread one tablespoon dressing on each slice of bread. Place one tablespoon sauerkraut on each slice of bread and top with a slice of corned beef. Cut cheese into the size of bread and place over corned beef. Arrange sandwiches on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
